Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Matrip account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app or by contacting us.

How to Delete Your Account from the App

  1. Open the Matrip app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon).
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you have saved any information you need before proceeding. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid being charged.

Data Retention

After account deletion, all personal data is removed immediately from our active systems. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged. We do not retain any personal data beyond this period.

Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to delete your account from the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Send an email to support@matrip.net with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the email address associated with your Matrip account. We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
